Zoom! is a chairside whitening system that uses a special light to activate the whitening gel and turn your dull choppers into a brilliant, sparkling white smile.
First the patented Zoom tooth whitening gel is applied to your teeth. This special concoction contains a potent bleaching agent that penetrates deep into your enamel to lighten tooth color. The gel is activated once Dr. Douglas applies the intensifying light. The gel’s active ingredient, hydrogen peroxide, is effectively broken down into oxygen in order to penetrate the hard enamel surface and eliminate stains. The process takes about an hour total (usually spread over three 20-minute sessions) – hardly much to give up for dramatically whiter teeth!
Zoom! Whitening, on average, will whiten teeth up to 8 shades!
